      【目的】了解海南大学儋州校区及周边地区入侵植物分布格局。【方法】将其平均划分为80块样地,统计223种入侵植物在不同样地的分布,进而对其多样性、分布频度等进行调查。在此基础上使用R语言中的pheatmap函数包将生长环境、样地及入侵物种进行聚类,从而计算不同生长环境或样地中入侵物种的相似度及不同物种在样地中同时出现的概率。【结果】结果显示,在生长环境聚类中,荒地和菜地的物种相似度最高,其次为建筑和苗圃。而就样地聚类而言,可分为红、黄、蓝三大模块,其具有一定的分布规律且主要入侵物种也不尽相同。从入侵植物聚类来看,可分为灰、青、橙、绿、紫5大模块,与各物种的分布频度有一定的关联,且具有相似特性的物种往往分布在特定的样地中,其为搜寻或防治某类植物提供依据。本研究不仅明确了每一种入侵植物的分布情况和生活习性,而且为采取相应防治措施和应用提供参考。
英文摘要:
      [objective] to understand the distribution pattern of invasive plants in danzhou campus and surrounding areas of hainan university. [methods] it was divided into 80 sample plots on average, and 223 invasive plants were counted in different distribution, so as to investigate their diversity and distribution frequency. On this basis, the pheatmap function package in R language was used to cluster the growth environment, sample land and invasive species, so as to calculate the similarity of invasive species in different growth environment or sample land and the probability of different species appearing simultaneously in the sample land. [results] the results showed that, in the growing environment clustering, the species similarity of wasteland and vegetable field was the highest, followed by buildings and nurseries. As for the cluster of sample land, it can be divided into three modules: red, yellow and blue, which have a certain distribution law and the main invasive species are not the same. From the perspective of invasive plant clustering, it can be divided into gray, green, orange, green and purple modules, which are related to the distribution frequency of each species to some extent. Moreover, species with similar characteristics are often distributed in specific sample plots, which provides a basis for searching or controlling certain plants. This study not only clarified the distribution and living habits of each invasive plant, but also provided reference for taking corresponding control measures and application.
