      海南冬春季薄皮甜瓜露地生产土传病害发生严重,严重影响产量。从患病薄皮甜瓜茎组织分离病菌,经过病原菌形态、rDNA ITS序列鉴定为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum),通过凯氏验证该病原菌为致病菌。接种病原菌孢子液,以美浓为对照,对9种砧木的抗病性进行检测,结果表明:对照发病率为83.33%,而“广砧1号、连大、厦利、甬砧”砧木的发病率为0,可以作为嫁接砧木候选品种。
英文摘要:
      The muskmelon production in field soil-borne happened seriously in winter and spring of Hainan province in recent years, which severely affects the yield. The pathogen was isolated from the stem tissue of the diseased melon, and identified as Fusarium oxysporum by morphology and rDNA ITS sequence. The F. oxysporum was confirmed as pathogenic fungus by Kjeldahl method. The spores solution of F. oxysporum were inoculated, and the disease resistance of 9 root stocks were tested with the seedlings of Meinong as control. The results showed that the incidences of Fusarium wilt on control was 83.33%, and it was 0 on "Guangzhen No.1, Lianda, Xiali, and Yongzhan" varieties, which can be used as candidates for disease-resistant root stocks.
